I just did a wedding where the bridesmaids carried parasols. Not only did it fit the bride's cherry blossom theme perfectly, the bridesmaids had a little bit of shade during the ceremony. I LOVE alternatives to flowers and thinking outside the box.

love it outside weddings are awesome and if u was getting married at dusk u could light the latterns that would make for some awesome night shots

those are so cute in my wedding i used rustic watering cans but we put fall colored flowers in them they were to cute

OMG! I love the balloons! Especially since I just came across the idea of having hanging balloons (marble placed inside) for decorations, as an alternative to paper lanterns!
